Teacher Video Approval Request

If you would like to show a video in your classroom that is longer than ten minutes, please fill out the following form and submit it to Mrs. Cuthbertson. Videos must be approved by Mrs. Cuthbertson and Dr. Helf.

There are physical copies available in the workroom and Media Center.

Please allow three school days for this request to be processed.
